At Candy Bernal Brows, I specialize in customized permanent makeup designed to enhance your natural features and complement your unique facial structure. From brows and lips to eyeliner, every treatment is approached with precision, artistry, and attention to detail. My studio is private and appointment-only, with a strong focus on safety, hygiene, high-quality pigments, and modern techniques. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience, from your initial design through the healing process. I believe permanent makeup should enhance you, not change you. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY At Candy Bernal Brows, each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies before booking. 1. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. 2. RESCHEDULING A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment scheduled within 30 days of the original date. 3. LATE CANCELLATIONS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 4. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments. 5. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. 6. EMERGENCIES & EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Genuine emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exception or deposit transfer is at the discretion of Candy Bernal Brows. 7. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE Candy Bernal Brows reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue a service when necessary to protect the safety or comfort of the client or artist, or when proceeding would not be in the client’s best interest. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
